Application and Admission
Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Statistics orMathematics with a  cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.25.
Applicants must meet one of the following English proficiency requirements :
     TU-GET not less than 550 marks, or
     Paper-Based TOEFL not less than 550, or
     Computer-Based TOEFL not less than 213, or
     IELTS not less than 6.0 The score must be earned within the last two years.
     Applicants must have qualifications in compliance with Thammasat University’s   Regulations on Graduate Studies
Degree Requirements
   Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics International Program offers courses using   English as a medium of instruction. Students are         required to complete at   least 72 credits. These consist of 16 credits from required courses, at
        least 20 credits from elective courses and 36 credits from dissertation.
    Application forms are available at Applicants must   submit transcripts of academic records from all u         universities attended, a  proposal dissertation topic, and all other supporting documents at the time of application.
    Admission to the program for the applicants who reside in Thailand is determined by applicants’ previous academic records, a         proposed  dissertation topic, and oral examination.
    For the applicants who reside abroad will not be required to take the entrance written examination and oral examination but must         meet the  requirements determined by the Admission Committee. Consideration will  be made from applicants’ previous academic         records, and a proposed dissertation topic.
